Terms and Conditions

Cancellation: The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel within 14 days of the arrival date. Cancellations must be communicated via email.

Prepayment: The guest will be charged 100% of the reservation fee 14 days prior to the arrival date.

Internet: WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Children and Extra Bed Policy:  Max 2 Adults over 18 allowed per room. All guests should have a valid ID. Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.

There is no capacity for cribs in the room.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

Parking: Free private parking is available on site (reservation is not needed). Free Tesla destination charging is available for our guests.

Noise Policy: No parties, loud disturbances and noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) will be given to reduce the noise. If our request is not followed, the guest will be asked to leave the hotel without refund.

House rules: 
• No smoking on the property.
• Pets are not allowed.
